In short, FP066 is a bundle install that includes the following:
- IL-2 Official Patches 4.08m, 4.09m, 4.10m, 4.10.1m
- HSFX 5.0
- Fusionizer 2.1

FP066 FEATURES:
- Installs directly over any versions of IL-2 4.07 through 4.10.1, including the dreaded 4.09b1m and previously modded games.
- Automatically upgrades your game to 4.10.1
- Automatically backs up your previous mods configuration (if existing), so you can easily restore your custom setup.
- Fusion Configuration Interface for easy handling of compatibility issues
- Additional JSGME mods, AI planes converted to flyable, new cockpis, and repainted cockpits that weren't included in HSFX5 (or were included but didn't work), have been added.
- HSFX-style JSGME configuration: ENABLE mods in JSGME, then configure your favorite JSGME mods setup
- Additional Tools and Documentation, including some A/C manuals and more (you definitely want to explaore the Docs&Tools folder)

Personally, I would suggest to get an .iso image of the original DVD off the internet and install from that rather than using download versions.
However, before you decide whether you want to do that, you should ALWAYS CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAW, because in some countries/states/provinces/whatever downloading copyrighted content is illegal *even* if you have already paid for the content itself... which is silly IMO but it'a still the law, so check for lawfulness first, then decide what to do.

Requirements:
IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 v4.10.1, HSFX 5.0 (or other modded IL-2)

NOTE: It should work on any modded IL-2, but the Dive Sounds mod may cause sound bugs on mods setups different from HSFX5.
IF YOU INSTALL THE FUSIONIZER 2.1 ON A NON-HSFX5 INSTALL, YOU MAY WANT TO DISABLE THE DIVE SOUNDS.
Disabling dive sounds (and a few more things) can be done in the Fusion Configuration interface (click the red star on your desktop)

FUSIONIZER 2.1 COMES WITH A COMPATIBILITY SWITCH
The switch will automatically disables the whole MODS folder, effectively disabling all the extra mods
added by the Fusionizer and whatever mods you may have installed (as long as you installed them in the MODS folder). This should make the game crt=2 compatible with HSFX5 (or whatever mod pack you added the Fusionizer to.
THE COMPATIBILITY SWITCHER IS ACCESSED THROUGH THE FUSION CONFIGURATION INTERFACE (click on the red star)

- Replaced some gun sounds
- Rear View Mirrors for 109, disabled by default, can be enabled in JSGME (don't work on some mod 109s)
- Mirrors for 109s F through K are all enabled/disabled with one switch
- Mirror for 109E can be enabled/disabled independently
